What we collect and why

When you choose to subscribe, we process your email address to send marketing education updates, launch information and RICTTA newsletters. This happens on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), where applicable). You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email.

How registration works

Submissions are forwarded from our website hosted on Cloudflare to Brevo (our email service provider). Brevo sends a confirmation email. You are only added to the marketing list after confirming your address. The provider records subscription and confirmation information to manage your subscription and demonstrate consent.

Where data is handled

Cloudflare processes technical website traffic; Brevo processes email subscription information on our behalf. Further processor, international transfer and retention details must be added to reflect the account configuration and actual business operation.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
